Bio at a Glance

General Appearance: Canon/Modern
Rikuto is a ballet dancer, with a far more lithe body type than his "twin", Riku. He incorporates ballet in his fighting style and focuses on his flexibility, agility, and endurance over his strength. He moves far more gracefully from years of practiced poise. For a multitude of reasons, ballet among them, Rikuto's adult height is still far shorter than Riku's.
His fashion sense is influenced by his lifestyle as well. Rikuto is often seen wearing loose, warm clothing that's comfortable and easy to move around in. He enjoys athletic wear and sweats. Like Riku, Rikuto seems to still enjoy showing off his shoulders and arms.General Appearance: Escaped
Kiru is a survivalist first and foremost and doesn't bother with anything that isn't completely necessary. He wears whatever clothing will help him blend in with whatever world he's on. He'll wear some jewelry for any boosts in health or defense they may give him. Character

Canonverse/Post-canonverse/Futureverse
Rikuto is considered sassy and rude, but is actually just extremely socially awkward. He often flirts obnoxiously as a defense mechanism with the goal to make the other person uncomfortable enough to leave him alone. When around someone he trusts, he is far more honest with his emotions and calmer.
He doesn't like to draw attention to himself and is easy to fluster on a good day.
When the Replica that Vexen had made was initially programmed with Riku's memories, the Nobodies also emphasize the darkness within Riku's heart. All of Riku's anxiety, feelings of abandonment, loneliness, and aggression exist tenfold within Rikuto's heart. He has learned to manage his temper, but still feels intense anxiety and shyness.
As an adult, his confidence has grown and he's become his own person. He is not interested in becoming a Keyblade Master, but is happy to lend a hand whenever he is needed.Modernverse
A young, ambitious ballerino with a flourishing career, Rikuto is far more settled into himself and comfortable. He lives in the heart of the city with easy access to his favorite stomping grounds: the ballet studio and the cafe. He's snarky and sassy, but has a caring and gentle side to him that comes out when his walls are down.
Rikuto is the son of Vexen, a renowned geneticist. He is Vexen's youngest child, and his first 'successful' genetic clone. Rikuto has met the boy he was cloned from and they have a tentative relationship as brothers. He is far closer with Xion, his older sister and Vexen's first attempt at cloning a human.Escaped AU
Vexen created the Riku Replica as a test of his capabilities in Castle Oblivion. When the Nobodies decided he needed to be more like Riku to carry out their plan, they couldn't have predicted the magnitude of the Replica's will to live and individuality. Out of fear, he lashed out with darkness as his aid, and he struck down Vexen and Larxene before making his escape.
That was a little over a year ago, and now the Replica, who has redubbed himself Kiru, has been traveling between worlds, staying out of the Organization's detection and honing his skills using the power of darkness. He has the shadows at his beck and call, yet he doesn't use it for any ulterior purpose other than to survive or keep himself company.
He has a beloved pet Shadow Heartless he's named Peanut.

Keyblade

Guiding Star:
Rikuto wields the Keyblade that Riku had bequeathed to him, the broken half of Way to the Dawn. His own heart had fixed the broken weapon and altered its appearance just slightly: the angel wing acting as the "teeth" of the key is stark white instead of grey, and the keychain is changed from Riku's bleeding heart symbol to Namine's lucky charm. The blues of the Keyblade have taken on a slightly more purple hue as well.
When formchanged, Guiding Star reverts back to Rikuto's own Soul Eater sword.
Though his heart has restored this Keyblade, it is not the Keyblade his heart is capable of manifesting.Pas de Deux:
Rikuto's resolve and commitment to his bonds have granted him a Keyblade worthy of his heart. Pas de Deux is an elegant blade made of a wrought iron frame with roses delicately woven along its body and hilt, held in place by lilac ribbon. Its keychain is a silver heart outline with stained glass depicting the sun and a star.
When formchanged, Pas de Deux turns into a thorny whip. Rikuto often uses this form like a ballet ribbon. A very dangerous ballet ribbon.

Heart Station

Canonverse: They were once best friends and lovers. Tragedy separated them for several timelines, and when they were reunited once again they had simply changed too much. Rikuto hopes to rekindle their friendship, if Sora would let him. He's heartbroken over the loss of his best friend.
Escaped:
They met as Kiru was running from the Organization and Sora was working to stop them. If Sora's in town, Kiru usually tags along and hangs out with him. Sora has yet to tell him to go away. Kiru is a bit socially naive, but Sora's apparent patience with him has helped him come out of his shell a little. Kiru cares a lot about Sora and considers him a friend.Vanitas (@vancreux)
Are they friends? Rivals? Barely allies? Who knows. Vanitas stresses Rikuto out, but oddly enough Rikuto doesn't hate him. He seems to like antagonizing the embodiment of darkness himself.Vanitas (@xunverzedx)
